In this campaign, for do-good optical company FOUR-BY-FOUR, OUR TEAM shared the joy of giving the gift of sight through improved vision. For every pair of glasses that the company sells, a donation is made to the FOUR-BY-FOUR foundation which distributes free eyewear in underprivileged neighborhoods. This campaign included a live website that enabled people to see the world as visually impaired people do all the time.

The Challenge
Launching the project with a limited number of team members posed significant challenges, including increased workloads and the potential for burnout as each member had to wear multiple hats. This resource scarcity made it difficult to maintain momentum and meet deadlines, as we struggled to balance various responsibilities effectively. Additionally, the lack of diverse skill sets within the team limited our ability to tackle complex tasks and innovate solutions.
What We Did
To address these challenges, OUR TEAM prioritized clear communication and role definition, ensuring that each team member understood their specific responsibilities. We implemented a project management system to streamline tasks and enhance collaboration, allowing us to work more efficiently despite our limited numbers. Additionally, OUR TEAM focused on fostering a supportive team environment, encouraging open dialogue and sharing knowledge to maximize our collective strengths and skills.
What We Achieved
Despite the challenges of a limited team, OUR TEAM successfully delivered the project on time and met all key objectives, including securing substantial donations that significantly bolstered our resources. Our focused collaboration allowed us to leverage each member's strengths, resulting in innovative solutions and high-quality outcomes. Additionally, the experience not only strengthened our teamwork and problem-solving abilities but also fostered lasting relationships with our donors, enhancing our credibility and support for future initiatives.
